The hotel with spotless and airy rooms, in a local area, to Market areas. Large room with a nice view, a balcony and the best buffet breakfast.
Usual breakfast.

The staff from start to finish were mostly very friendly and extremely friendly. Enjoyed new-fashioned executive queen room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. There was variety of outstanding meals.

great base for exploring athens' cultural gems and parks
I loved how close this hotel was to Omonia Square, just a few steps away from shops and restaurants. It was only a 25-minute walk to the fine Acropolis as a single traveler, where I appreciated the excellent breakfast options that fueled my city strolls.

The staff was helpful at all times and the rooms were clean. What I liked best was the roof garden with it's view to the Acropolis and Agios Georgios. It was amazing at night.
It's not really the hotel's fault, but the surrounding streets are populated with junkies. Coming up from the Omonia metro station you could see them doing coke on the steps of the nearby buildings. It's ok if you're not alone.

The Acropolis

Genuinely polite fast and efficient check in. Room very well furnished and extremely clean. Treat reports about the area with a pinch of salt, I was on my own and the late evening 2 min. walk to a couple of cafes is no problem. It's extremely close to Omonia Square Metro and Kaningos Square for bus connection to the Sporades.
Didn't receive my early morning call at 05:45, but fortunately I had two mobile alarms set.

Just an ideal choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Athens with all in all great value for money. The air conditioning could have been better, but it was fine for a short stay. Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid some noise from the street.
